Terms of service

These terms apply to licences issued for Auto Key & Mouse Presser and Game Account Monitor.

Licence

A valid entitlement grants a limited, non-transferable right to use the specified product within its plan, term, and device-seat limit. One Google identity may hold different entitlements for each product. Google identity alone does not create a licence.

Account and devices

You are responsible for your Google account and activated devices. Device seats may be deactivated through the application or by an administrator. Sharing, reselling, bypassing seat limits, tampering with entitlement checks, or distributing modified builds that evade licensing is prohibited.

Offline access and availability

A signed offline grant may allow temporary use without a network connection, normally for up to two days and never beyond the underlying licence expiry. Suspensions or revocations take effect at the next online verification or when the existing offline grant ends. Online services may occasionally be unavailable for maintenance or events outside reasonable control.

Trials, subscriptions, and cancellation

Where a plan includes a trial, payment details are collected before the trial begins and the subscription renews automatically when the trial ends unless it is cancelled first. Paid subscriptions renew for the billing period shown at checkout until cancelled. You can cancel through Paddle's customer portal or contact support. Cancellation stops future renewals and does not normally refund an already-started billing period; mandatory consumer rights still apply.

Payments and refunds

Paddle is the Merchant of Record for subscription sales and processes checkout, payment, tax, receipts, cancellations, and eligible refunds. Refund requests are handled under the refund policy and Paddle's buyer terms.

Suspension and termination

Access may be suspended or revoked for expiry, refund, abuse, unauthorized redistribution, security risk, or breach of these terms. Where practical, support can review disputed device or entitlement status.

Software responsibility

The software is provided on an as-available basis. You remain responsible for reviewing automation sequences and complying with applicable software, game, workplace, and local rules. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.
